As I reflect on the past few weeks, I know I’m certainly not the only one experiencing a whirlwind of emotions. Simply put: this is hard.
Over the course of my career, however, my Chicago SHRM team and community have lifted me up and provided the support and guidance to get through challenges. Our unprecedented situation with COVID-19 is no exception.

In recent years, Chicago SHRM has focused on building our virtual programming and online communities to drive engagement, connection and conversation from wherever you are, and this work is even more crucial today.
